A MINOOKA woman was arrested Thursday by Morris police for shoplifting. Isabelle Ann Kavanagh, 37, of 1420 Kettleson St., was cited with retail theft after she was seen taking clothing from a shop in the 1400 block of North Division Street in Morris.
